Download wont start from My Products link
Ive been away from Pro Tools for over 3 years now. I was on the subscription when it first came out, but prior to that I had bought perpetual licenses starting with PT 8 all the way up to Pro Tools 12. I have a link in my products page under my account for Pro Tools 12.4. When I click on it, it doesnt do anything. If I click on manual link, it opens right up. Why can't I download 12.4, or any other version for that matter?

Chrome has been known to have problems with the links so try another browser if using Chrome. Or, copy and paste the links right into the url bar.
