Click 2 and pitch 2 gone from Protools after update

Hi There
I'm new to protools and i updated to 2021.10 but i cant instantiate a click track as my click 2 plugin is gone, i have tried looking online to find similar issues, should i just uninstall and go back to previous version. everything else is there in the plugins.
I cant explain it.
Any help on this would be appreciated
