upgraded to 12.8.3, now hdx card is not seen
-rig was operational but we bought a new hard drive and installed OS10.13.2 and PT12.8.3 as per avid's recommended compatibility
-protools opens but it does not see the avid hd or hdx card.... as if they are not installed. tried to reinstall , drivers first etc and nothing. -if we boot off the old drive OS10.11.6 everything is fine, PT12.7.1 runs through the avid hd and hdx card, so the hardware is not the problem. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. thanks! MAC PRO (mid 2010) processor 2 x 2.66 GHz 6-core Intel Xeon memory: 48 gb 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC graphics: ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB
