No Click or AIR Plugins

When I load ProTools 10.3.7, there is no Click or Click2, and none of the AIR plugins show up.

If I go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins, I see AAX versions of Click2 as well as folders for each of the AIR plugins.

These plugins all show up in ProTools 11.0.2 as well as the new 11.1.0.

Why aren't they showing up? Anyone have any thoughts?

I've been able to take the Click plugin from an older PT8 version, and import the presets. At least I'm back clicking. Still no luck with the Click2 plugin, or any of the AIR plugs.

Anyone have any idea as to why this is happeneing? All the files seems to be present. Trashing preferences and such doesn't seem to do anything. I'm already tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Not sure what elseo do.

Click2 is aax 64 only so it will never work in pt10, only pt11. Aren't the air creative collection plugins on a separate installer? Check your products in your avid account. Also did the click plugin somehow end up in your unused plugins folder? I would look there.

Frankly, I'm stumped. All the plugins seems to be.in the folder. They just don't show up in PT. There are seperate installers for the plugins in both 10 and 11. I've installed them both. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times.

Anyone from Avid have any thoughts?
