Mbox 2 & Logic, Can't Get Digital Outputs to Work

I'm trying to use a the mbox 2 digital in/outs for use as an aux send from Pro Tools. When The Mbox 2 is being used as the audio interface for Logic Spdif digital inputs show up in the Logic input section as input 3-4. The output section only gives me options of output 1-2. Which are analog.

How do I gain access to the digital outputs of the mbox 2 in Logic? I'm also wondering if I don't have the core audio manager set up correctly? Core audio manger is not running while the MBOX 2 is being used, and is not running while Logic is running.


Here's my signal chain.
002R SPIDIF OUT->MBOX 2 SPIDIF IN
MBOX 2 SPIDIF OUT-> 002R SPIDIF IN.

Mbox 2 is clocked over spidif, 002 is clocked over Big Ben.
