keyswitching in Structure Free - conversion problems

Hello all,

I just downloaded Structure Free, and I converted some old Giga samples to EXS using CDXtract so I can use them in Structure. They work great, except when I load a patch in Structure that has keyswitching, the keyswitching doesn't work. I can see that Structure loads all the different samples from all the different key switches, but I can't switch between them. I've seen how with the samples that come with Structure, the keyswitch keys are blue. I don't see any blue keys. I'm using Structure Free, so I can't go in and see how samples are mapped or anything.

I tried converting to Kontakt format too, same results.

Is this some limitation of Structure Free, or is there something I'm doing wrong?

Well, I emailed tech support to ask, so we'll see what they say. No phone support for Structure Free.

Structure Free doesn't support Keyswitching. I installed Structure Free for you and my deduction was correct. In fact I'm surprised you can do anything with that. In other words, either Structure or Structure LE would be your best bet. And no I don't know whether Structure LE supports Keyswitching.

Thanks for checking. The annoying thing is that the stock sounds included with Structure Free *do* have keyswitching. Very misleading. I will still await tech support's official reply.

Ahhh... yes, let me rephrase, digi encypted patches supporting keyswitches can be played however can't be edited nor created.

Well, I just heard back from Tech Support, and they say it's a bug and will be addressed in future releases. So we'll see.
