Can't Access Documents From Help Menu

Hi, just wondering if anyone would know why I can't access my PT reference from the help menu, I've installed the doc's and they are in the Digidesign folder in program files, but in the help menu they are all greyed out. Any ideas?
It's not a big deal, just another small annoyance, they really make you work for everything Digidesign!

It's a bug in 7.3. They are still accessible from the Windows start menu.

Thanks SPK, that's good to know, yet another bug, I think maybe they need some insect spray at Digidesign! I find it incredible that they can release stuff with so many problems, I guess they're in too much of a rush! Anyway thanks again.

I have yet to experience using a single piece of software that didn't contain bugs when it's released. Every situation can not be experienced in lab testing. This particular issue is quite minor and I for one don't have a problem going through the start menu to get to these documents.

With all do-respect this is an issue that keeps popping up. It happened to me when upgrading from 6.7 to 6.9, from 7.0 to 7.1 and now from 7.1 to 7.3. Why does this keep re-accruing? And no, it wasn’t in my Start menu either. I had to separately download it and manually place it there. And now it’s been several months since the release of 7.3 without a repair, I think it’s unacceptable.

I agree with you totally and if you read the original post you'll see that I'm noy really concerned by it, however I've never come across a software that has so many little problems as PT LE. I use Logic Pro and Cubase regularly and I can't remember the last time either of them crashed or had a problem. I love working in Protools and far prefer it to the others, I'd love to be rich enough to buy an HD rig! The 2nd post was intended as a humourous aside, as if I didn't have a good sense of humour I would have long ago taken the computer and M box out into the garden and given them both a damn good thrashing!
