Synching Digi001 to Mbox...

Anybody know how they would synch Pro Tools LE with the mbox on a laptop to Pro Tools LE and Digi001 on a G4 tower? It would be nice to have 48 tracks!

I am after an answer to this question
too, with a slight variation:
Is it possible to lock the 001 and mbox together with logic(avec nice programma
driver for the Mbox) running on one system,
locking together the two with MIDI and
whatever you call it when you lock two
systems together with SPDIF?

Any help/advice much appreciated
