New Session Document Error (-43)

Hello everyone I just got a iMac with El captain and recently installed 12.4 Im having weird issues. I can' open recent projects I worked on but some reason when I open a new document or session I'm getting a error "Could not create a new document because File or folder not found (-43) while creating "Users" while creating "user" while creating "Documents" while creating that name project."
