Anyone know what this code means or have a list of sync HD codes or know where to get a list of codes for the sync HD?

Upon boot. I can't get PT to see the sync Hd I just bought. I think it's the cable to. I bought a mac serial mini din but I think I need a cross over mini din. Not really sure at this point as their is just not too much info. Any ideas?

were did you get the cable from? it may be a Mac parallel cable miss packaged

http://www.pacrad.com/pan-pacific-s-8mdm-10.html I think that's the cable I bought but maybe the seller made a mistake in the description.

I'm sure that is what I bought in the past

if it has the ST on the end then it's the Straight Through and will not work with the sync

do you have a DMM to beep test the cable?
