Default Stereo File Drag \'n Drop from workspace bug?

You can drag a .L/.R split pair of files from the workspace browser onto the edit window and a stereo track is automatically created and autonamed with the two files in it - this is great functionality. But if you drag more than 1 pair of files (i.e. "file1.L", "file1.R", "file2.L", and file2.R") you get separate mono tracks with the files. Bug perhaps? Maybe something I'm doing?

Best,
Rich
