Default DigiRewire missing?

Has anyone noticed if Digi Rewire is missing from their plugs in PT9?

I decided to try out Reaper rewired into PT but cannot get it to show up in the plugs list.. (as per Russ' video on the air users blog).

When I began searching for the reason why Reaper wouldn't show up, I find that Digi Rewire doesn't either, even though the .dpm file in in the plugs folder.

Oddly, Waves rewire shows.

Anyone else not seeing rewire?

Anyone have any ideas on why Reaper won't show either?

Mac Pro, OSX 10.6.5
