HD Plug in updates

Hi Folks,

Just got this back from Sony and Metric halo for those that are interested.

Many thanks for your enquiry about a 'Protools HD' version of our EQ plugin. In
answer, we are currently porting the plugin to the HD platform, and expect to
have a Beta version for the HD platform within 2 weeks, with the 1st 'official'
release available within 8 weeks, although these dates are advisory only at this
stage.

The guys who make the Pricing decisions are currently out of the country, so I
can't supply pricing information immediately, but if you visit the www.sonyplugins.com website, and sign the visitors book, then you should be
automatically kept up to date with news on all latest versions, as it becomes
available.

The Oxford Dynamics plugin, like the EQ plugin will be modelled on the Oxford
OXF-R3 mixing console, and will include Compressor, Expander, Limiter and Gate
sections, and is currently on track to be available by end of Q1 2002.

We're waiting for the hardware from Digi, which they've promised to ship to
us tomorrow.

ChannelStrip HD will be a $96 upgrade, available within a week or so after
getting the hardware.

SpectraFoo will likely be a free update, but it's too soon to tell right
now.
