Default Network error: Pro Tools in used by another user ???

hi guys, i'm installing Pro Tools M-Powered in my Macbook. I already intalled it in my iMac (PPC) as i finished the intallation i ran the pro tools icon and i'm getting this message "Network Error: The Software is in use by another user"

i have the ilok connected, also the interface is connected (M-Audio 410) so i don't know what to do. It's my first time installing my pro tools software in another computer.

any ideas/solutions?
