Default £23.71 shipping for a digilink cable ?

Was just ordering a Digilink cable through the store, got to the check out, & was given a price of £23.71 for shipping ? ????

It's a cable you can stick in a padded envelope & send for about £2

Are Avid delivering it to me personally ? I'll invite them in for a cup of tea if so...

Didn't you know that, in the UK all Avid products are delivered by teams of enchanted and synchronized dragonflies. Items on order are collected from the treasure trove beside the singing ringing tree (not far from Basildon apparently) and wrapped by silken clad virginal maidens in the finest gossamer.

It's not just a simple UPS delivery in a jiffy bag.............

See now........I always thought that.
You've confirmed it.
Particularly the synchronized dragonflies.
That explains a lot.
