my digi 002 dont acquire the hardware drivers
When i dismounts and mounts pt 8 my digi does not acquire the drivers, i download the last pace drivers but nothings happens , maybe a virus?? , what antivirus work with protools without issues??

Why do you feel you have a virus? Has your PT computer been on line? If so, getting it now won’t repair the damage that might have already been done to your Pro Tools system. You can try any reputable a/v to try to rid yourself of a virus, but running PT along side of it is not ideal. You will likely need a re-install of everything if a virus has already created havoc.

hi i fixed the problem with a antivirus , and formated the pc.
