Account not works
I need to log in to my account to download but I can't log in I always get the same error :There has been an error.

I see you have a case in progress. Until CS is able to review your case and account, if you are unable to log into https://my.avid.com/products then please try https://my.avid.com/esd. If that doesn't work please reply back with what installer(s) you need.
