Default Video engine PT11
I'm having problems watching the files I import into PT, I can hear the audio but no video at all. I already updated the 11.03 for Mac x Maverick and it still having the same problem...it also gives me a window showing error thread 0x0 something like that...any advice someone? I will really appreciate it...

If you open the video file in QuickTime Player, do you see the video you expect to see or just a white video display?

When I open it in QuickTime I can see the video but then when I upload it to PT it's just black...

Which codec? ProRes? DNxHD? H.264? DVCPRO?

Do you have quilified computer? I had the same, bought newer mbp and it's working now.
