Unable to move ilok licenses from cloud to ilok.
Greetings. There is a photo attached for reference.
I'm in the process of downloading pro tools 2018.1 and installing the ilok & licenses. At this point in the process it shows that the licences are on the ilok cloud but not on the ilok. The licenses don't show up at the tab at the top where it says "Available", so I am unable to move the licenses to the ilok. Does anyone know how I should proceed? Thanks in advance.
