Trouble Relinking Audio Files Over Dropbox; Assertion Error Line 1333

Hello all, first time poster hoping that you can give me some help.

A bit of background I work for a podcast that shares PT sessions and source audio via Dropbox. However, a few days ago I was attempting to relink some audio, and when I tapped "commit links" this error popped up.

"/Users/autobld/gitlabci/PT/release/2022/r4/ProTools/NewFileLibs/FF/Audio/FF_AudioFile.cpp", line 1333"

Prior to a few days ago I had never encountered this issue before and I have done a slew of things to try and remedy the issue.

1. I trashed my AVID preferences and emptied the bin (followed with a restart)
2. I shocked the P-Ram
3. I updated my Pro Tools
4. I uninstalled PT, restarted the computer, and reinstalled it
5. I quit Dropbox and logged back in
6. Prayed to the AVID gods to be merciful

About my Dropbox:
1. I am signed into my DB
2. I have all my files up to date and synced
3. I have all the necessary permissions to access every folder that is needed to relink

Not sure if this helps, but are you first downloading the files to your local hard disk?
