Can't link my Avid master account to the Avid community

I get an error message when trying to link my Avid master account to the Avid community account. I'd love to be able to ask some questions over there so if anyone has a solution for this that'd be great!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Please complete your address info in your Avid account and we'll try linking the accounts.

Hello Marianna,

I'm having exactly the same issue with the Avid Community account.

I created an Avid Master account, but when trying to create an Avid community account, I get the following error message:

"There was an error executing your request. Please try again."

Am I missing something?
Could you please help me with this?
