Default Bounce error in HDX -9132
bounce handler can not keep up (-9132)

during bounce just getting this error.....

Mac Osx 10.7.4
Protools 10.2.0

HDX

MacPro 6Core 16 GB ram

Did you try rebooting ?
I have been getting as lots of gremlins on sessions after the computer was up for a few hours working of sessions.
A reboot took care of it

Do you have wireless enabled? If so try turning off the wireless/network and try bouncing again.
