Where did you see 5.6? Their links still give you a 5.5.2 installer.

Default PACE ILOK 2022.4 No resolution

So I have tried to contact pace and no luck. Avid help is of no use. I have tried everything to make this "no iLok found" go away an no luck. Any Ideas? All the other bugs I can live with.

Hey Max,

I filed a support case w/ilok earlier in the week & got a link to troubleshoot.
When I did a get info on the newly installed ILM I thought it was 5.6.
I even commented on it to the tech, but he didn’t respond.
It was the usual link @ the ilok site … nothing particular to the support case.

However, I just dl’d ILM from the site again & checked on my laptop & you’re correct… it’s now showing 5.5.2??? Bizarre…

I’m away from the studio today, but will recheck tomo on version.

Hard to say without a lot more info. I assume Pro Tools isn't seeing your iLok? Does your iLok work on other computers? Have you tried different USB ports? Make sure you do all the optimizations and troubleshooting listed here: Help Us Help You And post your system info as described.

My humblest apologies, folks... just got into the studio & checked our comp.
The "updated" ILM file from the support case was indeed 5.5.2, not 5.6... prob need to lay off the diet coke!

The worst part about it is you get the one warning saying to save and quit and if you ignore that one, the next warning just closes out Pro Tools. I just lost a take because it shutdown mid record, I was trying to get some things done before having to restart PT and break up the creative flow...

Anyway, this is highly annoying and could be costly in some situations.

I'm also dealing with this frustrating bug. This just started happening to me this week. First off, it was saying Falcon was no longer authorized which is frustrating because i have tried to remove the plugin since I don't use it and Pro Tools keeps reinstalling it every time I launch. But then I'm also getting the Pace authorization is losing connection several times a day. :-(

I hope Pace or Avid gets this figured out.

This bug is killing me!!! 3 times today already I have had Pro Tools force me to quit in the middle of a session due to it not finding my license. Please don't say we are going to wait 2-6 months for this to get fixed.

I have been emailing ilok back and forth, sending crash logs etc. They do seem to be on the case but also seem to be a little lost regarding a solution. Hope they sort it soon. TBF it's not KILLING my workflow as it's only about twice a day but...
