Maintenance: Avid Platform (March 17)

Please be advised that the Avid Platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on Monday, March 17th at 02:00AM GMT – 3:00AM GMT, 10:00PM EST – 11:00PM EST, and 7:00PM PST to 8:00PM PST. The maintenance will be approximately one hour.


During this time, the platform will be intermittent, and will affect the following functionalities:


Avid Everywhere/Platform
Sign in will be affected, for Protools clients, projects functionalies such as upload to the cloud, listing projects on the cloud, etc


Avid Link
Sign in will be affected for all Avid Link clients (mobile, desktop, etc)


Sibelius Cloud
rendering scores will be affected as asset and resource services which are platform components, are dependent on by the rendering service


Note: Licenses that are activated during this maintenance period will remain activated and will continue to work.
