Monthly License Renewal Fails Each Month - Pro Tools Studio

Hi Folks,

Since moving to Pro Tools Studio from Pro Tools 2022.x, each month, 2 days prior to my monthly renewal date Pro Tools shuts down and fails to launch. Ilok shows 'ORANGE' Pending Renewal waiting for publisher, Avid.

Oddly, on the renewal date, Pro Tools works again. Ilok is fine, system is fine (fresh install Windows 10).

Anyone else having this issue.

Thank you for take the time to reply. I did start a case, case #04503061. The support technician has become unresponsive. I'm still down.
