RX Spectral Editor not working.

Hello,

In my Avid link, I keed seeing a notification for Rx Spectral editor to update. I update Rx spectral editor. But I keep seeing the (1) red notification still, and when i go to see Rx spectral editor it shows me "install" like in the following image below:

And in protools it's grayed out for some reason as you can see below:

What am i missing ?

P.S: I tried deleting AAX plugin cache and protools preferences. still nothing
