Sync HD Standalone software

Hi All, I am looing for a link for the Windows Software
Sync Setup. as referenced in the Sync HD Guide.

I have ordered the parts to make the mini din 8 to db9 cable as referenced in
Appendix C

if any one can help me with a link I would appreciate it.
