Can't Open/Make Sessions

Hi, I've ran into a problem as of two days ago. Whenever I try to open or make a session, I get these errors that prevent me from continuing.
(For clarification, the names I used for 'testing' are "Untitled" and "Untitled Test")

When Opening:
Could not complete your request because The parameter is incorrect. (87) c:\Users\mswes\Documents\Pro Tools\Sessions\Untitled\Untitled.ptx.

When Making:
Could not create a new document because Assertion in "D:\ ws\ PT_COLOR\ ProTools\ App\ Edit_Window\ UEditWindow.cpp", line 1286.

I don't believe I have changed any setting as it was working perfectly before I had left for a trip. The only difference I can think of between then and now is that ProTools has FINALLY updated to 2024.10.2 . (I had some dificulty with ProTools 'updating' but never installing the new update. Not sure if that is a cause or not)

For more clarification:

1. These errors occur when making a new session and subsequently trying to open that newly made session.
2. They also occur upon opening old sessions (that have worked before)
3. They also occur when opening sessions directly from the Windows File Explorer as opposed to the ProTools "Recently Opened" menu

I do notice that the drive is different between the two [D: & C:] so I am not sure if something happened upon updating that changed where things are installed and looked for in the file explorer.

Check your Drive/location's privacy setting. might set to read only, and that need to be changed.
