Default Apogee Duet 3 or Symphony Desktop?

It's time to retire my Ensemble Thunderbolt before Apogee discontinues support completely.

Should I get a new Duet 3 or maybe a used Symphony Desktop for around the same amount?

I need the converters basically, I only record one instrument or vocal at a time so I don't need any more features.

Is the Symphony that much better than the Duet 3?

What would you guys pick?
