Default Upgraded PT9->11 before Nov 1 - no support subscription?

I upgraded through online reseller Sweetwater Sound on 10/26 at the new pricing which became effective October 10th. Now, looking at the Avid web site it seems as though I outsmarted myself by not waiting until November 1st when the bundle would include the annual subscription.

Is this the case? Is the subscription excluded from my upgrade purchase?

Call Sweetwater, see what they can do for you.

I would first want input from an Avid representative and get an answer to the question before I start running around unnecessarily.

Well, you may get an answer more quickly with a phone call to your Sweetwater sales rep. Good luck.

Someone else just had a problem like this, it turned out to be a problem with his Internet Explorer when registering

That is a separate issue. This has nothing to do with a browser malfunction. My question is eligibility for having the support subscription included with an upgrade that was purchased after introduction the new price structure but before November 1. And, while Sweetwater may try to expedite an answer, it is Avid who have my account details and who can provide an answer to my question.

You purchased from sweetwater, phone up your rep (or general sales) and just ask for an answer. Nobody from Avid is likely to answer this question here. Other folks have already reported in other threads what Sweetwater have told them. If that turns out not to be true, then I would expect Sweetwater to make them whole.

Honestly, Sweetwater is sometimes up on Avid stuff before Avid is.

Haven't been here in two and a half years. A few familiar faces at least. Hi guys! I see Avid is still wandering around like a lost, hungry dog. Just did the same upgrade from 9 to 11 through sweetwater and was curious about the same thing. Can't wait for all the fun in stabilizing my latest rig upgrade. Ugh
