Eucon upgrade for Protools 10

Hi,

I upgraded to Pro Tools 10 to find that Eucon isn't supported. I've heard that I need 2.6.2 for my Artist surfaces to work.

Any idea where this is?

Try this link - - When I checked earlier this morning I didn't see 2.6.2, but I just checked again and it's there. This link took me to the Artist Series support page (a log-in page). I logged in, and found EuControl 2.6.2 downloads for Mac and Win!

(Note: For documentation, please see the guide "Artist Series and Pro Tools.pdf" that is installed by the Pro Tools 10 installer/documentation. The edition of this guide included in the EuControl 2.6.2 installer is older (from 2.6.0, apparently) and doesn't cover everything added in PT10. Also, PT10 installs an updated version of the "Pro Tools EUCON Guide" which lists all 400+ commands in Pro Tools that have been EUCONized. This guide is not installed by EuControl, so no worries there I guess.)

Is this update just for PT 10?

No changelog/fix list available that I'm aware of.

Other than PT10 support, I know 2.6.2 fixes an issue some folks were having with 'jumping text.' There may be some other fixes in there as well, but not sure what, exactly.

Working great so far in PT9 after a bit of play in it, haven't had any stability issues. I wonder if they've fixed SME's stability as well. Keen to see if Assignable knob works in PT10 once we receive our upgrades.

It would be nice if there could be a «What's new» document.
The last update to 2.6.1 brought some drawbacks for the touchscreen of my MC Control.
Is it back to normal now?
I wish one day they improve the fader moves to the standard a Command|8 works at. Smooth with no erratic moves.
