Default The Dock plus Artist Mix

I saw that Sweetwater is now shipping The Dock. I have a question regarding the Dock in use with Artis Mix units. If i tried to run 4 Mixes with a Dock will I be able to bank 32 faders at a time, or will I, by using the scroll function on the Dock, be able to work around the 4 mixes not being able to bank together and have them update automatically to the Dock's current channel position?

Also, will the dock allow me spill function on the Mix units or is that still limited to working with the S3?

Good question, I assumed it's still S3 only, but who knows

Pretty expensive here in sweden and 12.819 SEK equals $1502 so in europe we about 50% more than if i bought in the US

Wonder why we have to pay that much taxes on EVERYTHING we buy ... Sad really ..

Default The Dock plus Artist Mix

Chris, I am interested in finding out the behavior of the plugin control

I would like to know if the plugin control is like the dcommand dedicated control section. For example does LF Gain always control the same soft knob?

How about make up gain for a compressor? Always on the same soft knob? Even for 3rd party plug ins's?

I have tried to find out this info but haven't got a clear answer, thanks for your info when you get around to it

I would give you good odds. I have the iPad Control app running side by side with DTouch on a 27" touchscreen and they seem to co-exist okay. My issues with DTouch are(so far) not related to Eucon(and there are no Eucon settings required for DTouch. Not sure about Raven)

You gearslut! That is including VAT.. Ex VAT, which you claim back next month anyway you end up at 10 255 SEK

10 255 Swedish kronor =
1 190.20556 U.S. dollars

Sweetwater has it at 1199, so stop whining! You got a great deal!

Hahaha Yeah maybe it wasn't that bad of a deal after the tax is. Withdrawn from the 12800 SEK which is 1502 USD

Just a waiting game now as DLX Music said "sometime" this month. Atleast they didn't use the word "soon"

Will post pictures and first thought as soon as it arrives

@Dave

Thanks for that info. I really hope it will work and play nice. Ravens use Neyrinck and the MTI2's works with Ipad App via Eucon so i don't see why the IDock wouldn't work in that Eucon chain so fingers crossed!

I am very eager to hear what you think of Le Dock compared to El Raven MTI for La Pro Tools. So I hope the dudes at Deluxe hurry up with that delivery.

Will be here next week or so as i called to annoy them today again

I'll make a few videos with Ravens and Dock together and one at a time to see what works best.
