Default Video Engine problems again

Again and Again... now with 2019.10

After about 30minutes in a session video stops playing (using the same codecs for years dnx, prores etc...with an AJA card). need to restart protools or restart the video engine.

WHEN WILL YOU GET THIS VIDEO ENGINE RIGHT?!?!?!?!?!?

I am paying every year for a support plan and get no real bugfixes.

I just dont understand how main parts of the code , can all of a sudden not work? Is there no way to lock off sections so its doesnt get messed up by something/someone else. is it a giant jenga just teetering while you cross you fingers?

I have that too. in large sessions I have several "false play starts" during a mixing session. video starts from wrong frame, loops or doesn't start at all. this reminds me of protools 11.

I really don't understand why this video engine is such a piece of crap.
