h.264's from Premier

Anyone else have issues importing h.264's from Premier into Pro Tools? When I try to re-convert it in QT Pro, it just gives me a white screen with sound. I've had this happen multiple times with multiple clients. I've been able to "fix" it before, but I can never remember what I did.

What's up with this? Anyone have a solution?
