Default Sensitivity of dials?

Is there anyway to increase the sensitivity of the command 8 dials? I find myself turning the dial around 3 times to control certain plugins. It would be nice to only have to turn it once or even 1/2 turn. Possibly a way to increase the step increments?

try to use the flip to control the plugins.faders are much more accurate than the rotary encoders

Actually I am trying to use a wah effect and record the automation, it seems much easier with the dial I just wish I could increase the sensitivty of it!
