Default Sonnet Echo Express and HD2: Not working/help

I'm doing a remote record next week and in an effort to not have to ship a mac-pro i've purchased a sonnet Echo Express pro for my HD2 TDM cards to use with my macbook, it arrived today, and isn't working.

From reading here and avid's site thunderbolt support seems to be iffy, and I found real no mention of the HD TDM cards, only the native and HDX. I was wondering if anyone else had any experience with this, or if i'm the lone beta tester?

I've reinstalled protools as well as the stand alone driver package on the macbook. System profiler sees the cards, however it's telling me the driver isn't installed. I assume this is because the TDM drivers are not thunderbolt aware. Neither digitest or protools see the cards/HD System

Are there any updated beta drivers or anything i'm missing, or am I shipping a macpro and returning a sonnet box?

System Vitals if needed:
OSX 10.7.4
Protools HD 10.2.0
15" macbook pro mid 2011 highres
2.4ghz i7 quadcore
16gb ram
OCZ Vertex 3 240gb ssd
Sonnet Echo Express Thunderbolt Box/HD2 cards
Lynx Aurora 16 w/HD interface

It won't work without the proper driver. You should get in touch with Avid. Ask them if they have a driver available for the Sonnet.

Is that under ASC? Or am I missing a link somewhere? I currently do not have an ASC plan

The avid support center. That seems to be the only way I can email anyone directly unless i'm missing something?

I'm using the Echo Express 1-slot version with an HD Native card, and the expansion chassis & card weren't recognized by system profiler until I installed PTHD 10.2, so I assumed the drivers were stealth-included by Avid in the 10.2 release, but have no solid proof to go on other than this rig didn't work until after 10.2. was installed.

You are using PCIe TDM cards right? And not PCIx? Just checking...
