Best foot controller for 11r?

I don't know for certain, but I think there's a two-way communication between the Fractal processor and controller.

i have recently purchased the Peak FCB8N and its layout and functionality appears similar to the GCP albeit it only has one EXP.
Its surprisingly light and can save what effects are on/off.

What do you mean can save what effects are on/off?

Dude, that is important information you can't leave it at that. Are you saying that if you change to a saved preset that the lights corresponding to the effects will be lit .

that appears to be how it works... though it MAY be that you can save the display of which effects are on... gimme a sec Ill go try it now. (exit stage right)

(enter stage right) I can confirm that you can turn on the effects and then by holding the flashing (shows changes made) patch button you can save those effects to be on next time you go to that patch.

I confirmed by powering down the 11r and FCB8N then booting FCB8N and 11r back up.. went to patch where I recently saved two effects to be on and Bingo!! there they were.

It has only got 1 expression pedal tho it didn't need any calibration!?

I have been so busy, lately, I even forgot I asked that question. But hearing that the effects are saved is really, really cool. Because apparently there isn't proper 2 way comms between the floor pedal and 11R - so it's really great that this pedal can do that .

Might have to look a bit closer at this controller. One expression pedal might be a bit limiting but I suppose it is programmable for each patch. This might be a goer .

could always run another cable along the midi cable to run the 2nd exp straight from the 11r.
I did email the maker and he said he is planning to add another CC but not just yet.
A mate said that its definitely capable of it!
