Hi All,
I recent upgraded from my very old M-Audio Fast Track to a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 interface. The sound is pristine when Pro Tools isn't running but as soon as I start recording I get crackles and pops that are recorded. Anybody else have this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated! |

Click the link above named "Help Us Help You" and come back with more info. If you're on Windows, I would make sure you have the latest driver for the new unit, and set Windows>Sound Properties to NOT use the Scarlett as its default playback device.
