Re: third party plugins not loading but can see them in chache folder
okay so we have hope! i have figured out that remember that white screen i showed you about my behringer where i can change the sample rate, well i changed my mode from rapid/ highspeed to normal and suprisingly i seen the sample rate in pro tools go from 128 to 256. so we have figured out how to change the sample rate. great, i still cant hear ANYTHING but the meteres are moving well i can record vocals still AND if i bounce the track i can hear it aswell. this litteraly happened last night i was recording a song and the aae error came up and yes dont judge me i got annoyed and went to uninstall the NATIVE app? idk why at all and idk even if its the reason i cant hear anything at all but it seems like i triggered something to go wrong. im just glad i fixed the error now we can worry about getting the log files. altough i need to fix my sound first. yes yes i already checked if windows is on the right interface i can hear everything outside of pro tools so it cant be a hardware issue right?
this just happened all of a sudden it was really fast. the reason i uninstalled native was because the app had crashed on me and i went to my backup to get it back and i swear i couldnt get that aae error off my screen and thought, it says native so remove native. im so lost with this sound issue. could it be something in the i/o i need to fix or an output path?
anyways good news is i got the b/w to fix now for the other things.
amazing news i have also found the log files :). theres 20 of them in a txt file do you want me to send u screenshots of it? guide me from here now that i have the log files
edit: no need to worry about sound anymore i fixed it all i had to do was change my interface from 48k hz to 44khz in sound settings somehow its fixed. but still back to the plugins issue :/
