Yes, need a Sandra to do much but did you install the seperate beta drivers for 8.03?

thanks everyone for helping, fridrikur at youtube.com he walked me through it. Apparently it was my firewire driver it needed to be updated to Legacy. I was gonna post my Sandra report but I got an answer before I was able to... I'll make sure I'll post it first thing next time. Once again thanks everyone, I appreciated your help.

You might try this, it helped me with a digi002 problem although the solution was for a slow firewire drive problem.


Multiple drivers are shipped with window 7 for firewire, the one we are looking for is the "Legacy" driver.

Open Device Manager, Expand your IEEE 1394 Host Bus Controllers and Right click on your 1394 device, then choose "Update Driver Software". On the new windows click on "Browse My computer for driver software", then choose "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer", then select the driver with the word legacy in brackets.
