DV Toolkit 2 not working on Mac... grr

I'm an editor who occasionally works from home, but I'm having trouble getting my iLok with DV Toolkit 2 to work on my Mac (Leopard or Tiger). The same iLok works fine on my PC, so I'm assuming it's something software-based on the Mac.

When I launch Protools, it recognizes the iLok but gives the message "no authorization on this iLok device" etc. I've updated the PACE driver (v5.7). I've tried changing the port of the iLok, unplugging, etc (although that's probably not the issue if it recognizes the iLok).

My Mac (Intel) has two partitions:
10.4.11 with Protools 7.4cs7, DV Toolkit 2 version 7.4 (dated Nov 2, 07)
10.5.4 with Protools 7.4.2cs1, DV Toolkit 2 version 7.4.2 (dated June 23, 08)

My PC is running XP with Protools 7.0. I think DV Toolkit was installed with it cause the dates are the same (11-06 - old, but it works!)

Hardware is Mbox 1 for both - the software (and all other plugins) work fine.

I've searched the DUC with no working solutions. Any ideas?

When you sync the iLok on the iLok website, what does it show for the DVTK 2 authorization?

Are you sure you have a DVTK 2 authorization and not just a DVTK 1 auth?

I will check - I thought DV TK 1 wasn't supported for Protools 7 at all...?

I believe the change happened with Pro Tools 7.1, where DVTK2 was required after that version.

Yep, that was the issue. What a bummer - DVT 1 isn't supported past 7.0, but Mac Intel doesn't work til 7.1.
