Phil beat me to it; but yeah thatz pretty much it Glory; Hence the full explanation I laid out earlier, doing all that & then what Phil said is what (we guess) u r needing; Now again, if ur going to another PT rig, then that isn't necessary; but if its another DAW, then thatz the route u wanna take...

Very dissapointing That means this project will take me almost 6 full hours of work to consolidate. (41 tracks + 7.5 minutes)

Thanks for the help.

As Keybeeets says, consolidation and Audiosuite processing need not be done in realtime. Depending on the number of plug-ins, less than 1 hour is a more likely timescale.

It should take you all of about 4 minutes if you route it properly.

All of your effects and outputs of your VI's should be routed to new audio tracks (you can do it all at the same time) and record them.

Then Highlight the entirety of your song using the "ALL" group and hit

Shift+Option+3

Which will consoldate your files into long 4 minute files.

One of the things I do is Create an Audio Track with no voice assigned, highlight the length of my song and the do the shift+option+3 thing. This creates a file with no audio that won't play but outines the entirety of the song. This I then use as a guide file for when I quickly need to select my song for bounces, or whatever. It also makes it much easier when deciding the start and end points, because you can just use the bracket tool (forgot the correct name) and adjust the file.

Sounds silly but it is a definite time save for bounces, as I usually start my songs at bar 9 in the grid instead of at 1 or 0:00.

This is fine if you've got enough spare 'voices'. The OP has used 41 tracks already.

I thought exporting didn't produce the entire track from 0:00 to end regardless of regions in the track?

I must be confused here.

Oh...Well no, Whatever u highlight will be exported actually bud-deee; So no worries there...
If u just want a piece of a region exported, just Break the region, highlight it, export it, ur done; same applies for the whole of course...
