Default Audio files "on volumes unsuitable for playback"

Please help!

I returned to my session work after a few days away. All ProTools sessions are on a Glyph hard-drive. Never have had any previous problems such as this.

I open ProTools and an message reads"Original disc allocation for this session cannot be used. One or more drives could not be found or are invalid for this session. As a result, disc allocation has been modified. Would you like to verify the new disc allocation?" I proceed, and not sure what has occcured. Then, a second message reads "75 audio files are on volumes unsuitable for playback. Would you like to copy them to a suitable drive?" I select OK, and then get a message "(selected Drive) is not an audio playback volume." The ProTools session then opens with all audio files grayed out.

As a test, I played some audio files from the session audio files folder using Quicktime- no problems!

What might the problem be?

Mac G5, 1.6 GHz
3 GB RAM
OS 10.3.9
ProTools LE, v. 6.4
002R
Glyph 250GB hard-drive
