Exclamation Question of PT 10 Upgrade

I buy a m-box With Pro tools 9 on november 1 and i received 2 registration cards, one with the serial number and other that no have the serial, i register the first and i recived a e-mail with the url to download the plugins promotion but no received the url to upgrade the pro tools 9 to 10

Help me!!!

Did you check your Avid Account?

It may just take a few days for the process.

Did you buy an Mbox with PT9, as in, the box states that PT9 is included,

or did you buy a Mbox with PT LE8 and a crossgrade to PT9 - because some retailers are selling those. And I do not think you would be eligible for a free upgrade to PT10 if that was the case.

Just make sure you have registered everything, and wait a couple days. Check your email and Avid account. If nothing shows up in the next couple days, contact Avid.

As long as you are eligible, you should be receiving an email.

Any news on this? Did it work out and did you get the free PT10 update?

I am in a similar situation with PT HD 9, thanks to this thread I found the online-form and contacted Avid. I bought and registered PT HD9 as an upgrade but did not receive anything except the Pt9Hd license, no email

Yes I submitted the form today so no worries, I don´t expect answers within a few hours. I was just worried because I could not find such a form browsing the help/support section by myself and on top of that my dealer (musicstore.de) did not even reply to my two emails I sent them regarding the issue.
I would love to tell you the case number but it is not visible in my browser window anymore, but I am quite irritated that I did not get any kind of email from your server that documents the message I sent along with the case number. I have checked my emailaddress in my avid account, it is correct.

Just a answer from avid France who say i have register too late my update .
Too late wha't the date of finish for register it ?
