Registering Used Equipment?

How do I register my 002 if I bought it USED? Becuase I know you have to be registered to receive tech support. Im worried I might run into a problem and not be able to get help because I bought it used.

Only thing im confused about is the fact that I bought it from Guitar Center. Am I suppose to have them fill out the transfer of ownership?

Fill out your portion of the Transfer of Ownership Form, making sure you include the serial number printed on the back or bottom of the 002 hardware. Mail or fax that to Customer Service Administration, and they should be able to determine the previous owner from the serial number.
