My ilok several ERRORS!

Hi guys!

I can't explain exactly what happen with my ilok because it have different errors.
I takes screen shots of this errors!!! I need a serious help please!!

When i tray to open protools go out a window that seid: need activatio.
But i activated my protools and ilok like 2 month a go and worked good.

When i tray to open the ilok license manager i can't register in my account and i can tray to repair my ilok.

My usb port works good because i use external hard driver very day.

Protools academic 11.0.3 the latest version because i use Mavericks.

Try to download latest Ilok license manager and login after instalation. Don't use activation and login from the activation window you get after PT launch.

I do something similar thanks.

I download the latest version of ilok license manager and i use the unistal!! after this i put my ilok and i tried to open protools. Go out a window installation of pace that instal lonely again the license manager and after this my protools worked.

BUT!! today i open again protools and had the same problem!!

I do everything again and works, but now when i want to open my protools after turn on my computer i need to do this operation every time?? its crazy!!

i can't understand why have this problems..

Does your laptop have USB3 ports? Read here that some people have had problems with the iLok2 on USB3 ports but they seem to work well through a hub connected to the USB3 port.

Make sure that usb power management is disabled in device manager (windows machine?)

OP is on a Mac and outside of sleep mode for the whole machine I've yet to see port power management on any of my Macs. Surprised they don't have it on the laptops at least.
