Default PT 9 to 10. Ilok surrender error. HELP!
Tried to upgrade my PT9 license from 9 to 10, but ilok.com says that 10+9 bundle requires the "Pro Tools 9" license to surrender - and it hasn't found that on my ilok.

Well - IT IS ON THE ILOK, cause I can see it in the list of the ilok.

The bundle i have on my ilok is called "Pro Tools HD 9" and it contains Pro Tools 9, Pro Tools HD9 and Protools HD 8.

Hm. Turns out that I've bought the upgrade to 10 not 10 HD.

I did the same damn thing today and am now trying to square it away. Purchased mine at Sweetwater, and I think they need to be WAY more clear on how the upgrade works.

I did the same..
there was no "PT10HD" option in their shop, just PT10, PT10LE and M or something.
so I too have to ask them for a refund now.

If you bought it on the Avid store, get in touch with Arvato Systems. Although I haven't received it yet, they were good enough to give me a refund.
