Default Subscription Renewal

I recently purchased a subscription renewal via a reseller. My System ID was set on auto-renewal in my account so I turned off auto-renewal. After doing that the System ID indicates my current subscription will expire soon, but they give me no means to enter the subscription renewal code I purchased. I have to tried to contact Avid Support, but the website is so buggy and arcane 1)I'm not sure if my request for help has been submitted or 2) my request for help was submitted and no one from Avid has responded. If someone from Avid is monitoring this, can you please help me.

Just bumping this. I finally received an email from Avid Support setting up a case last Wednesday. They asked me for some information which I responded to within two hours. No response in almost a week, for which I followed up a couple of days ago. Can anyone from Avid help me? The timeliness of Avid is truly frustrating. Fortunately, I'm a hobbyist so it's not the end of the world, but if I depended on this process to finish a project for a paying client, I'd really be livid. Case Number - 04303919

AVID NEEDS TO DO BETTER. THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHICH I'M TRYING TO PAY THEM FOR!

I purchased several years when this was $99 a year. It was a line item in my iLok manager. So 10/21 has expired and while I am good till 3/23 I cant get the asset moved. Opening a case was a start but still waiting and plugins now require activation. Now there’s some deal till 12/31/21 crazy and sad.
