Help needed!!! Strange Fade Behaviour in PT11
I couldn't find a thread dealing with this bug/feature…
I have, let's say a fade-in and it is too late. I would normally select the fade and move it to an earlier position. The region gets longer and the fade starts earlier - cool! When I try this in PT 11.1.3 the fade separates from the region and also no longer is a fade but changes to a new region clip. This happens with all fades! This is driving me nuts… especially because it appeared out of the blue this morning when I started working. Trashing Prefs etc. did't change anything! Just checked Pro Tools 10.3.9 - Same thing Where can I switch this "feature" off? I'm on Mac - OSX 10.8.5

Re: Strange Fade Behaviour in PT11
Solved - It is - of course - a feature. I accidentally switched the grabber tool to Separation - never used this before, didn't even know it existed.
Back to work

Re: Strange Fade Behaviour in PT11
I've had this 'problem' occasionally since PT 7, and I thought it was a glitch. Glad I read this!
