MIDI transpose hanging note bug

Hanging notes with hardware MIDI synths. macOS ex.
Really annoying actually.
Pro Tools 10 was better.
Clean install of everything on iMac Pro, Pro Tools 2020.3 Ultimate.
And it is not sometimes, it is all the times, as soon as i use the Transpose Event Operation window.
And it is not MIDI interface related either.
It is with every interface I have and there are a few
Kenton Pro Solo Mk2, Emagic AMT8, Silent Sleepers ES-3mk3, Vermona qmi2, CV out from Apollo X8

I'm having this same issue with IK-Multi Modo Bass, Modo Drums, Hammond B3-x, Kontkt, Opus and many other Soft synths. Did anyone find a fix for this issue? Mostly when I stop the song the last note will hang and when I start again the hang notes continue for a bit.

One reason is the vi doesn't get a note off message. Some vi's behave better with this than others. Another possibility is if MIDI sustain is being held down and the vi doesn't get the message that the pedal is released. Again some vi's deal better with this than others. Some of this is on the vi in use and some of it is on PT's end.
